Yes. You can re-submit a photo as many times as you like, as long as it has not already been a STF Awards finalist, or winner. Once it has a STF finalist or STF winner badge on it, it cannot be resubmitted.

Yes. You can submit any photo which you have in your profile, as long as it has not already been a STF Awards finalist, or winner. You can also submit a photo into the STF Awards during the upload process.
