You can change your email notification preferences from Account Settings / Notifications. Check the boxes for the type of emails notifications you would like to receive.
Where can I find a tax invoice or receipt for my payments to Shoot The Frame?
You can find your tax invoices / receipts by heading to Account Settings / Billing. You can download or print your receipts.
What does ‘Available for Freelance’ mean?
‘Available for Freelance’ is a checkbox option in Account Settings. It will show a little badge on your Profile details popup showing that you are available to freelance photography work.
How do I update my email address?
You can update your email address from Account Settings. We will send you an email to confirm you new email address, you will need to confirm it.
How do I update my profile picture?
You can update your profile picture from Account Settings. Browse for a photo (jpg, gif, png), upload it, then crop it however you like.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password from Account Settings / Password. You will need to enter your current password and your new password.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Account Settings. If you delete your account, you will be deleting all photos, comments etc from Shoot The Frame. NB. If one of your photos has ever been a STF Awards finalist or winner, you cannot delete your account, reach out to support if you need more help.
